3 men arrested. A taxi driver who had one of the suspects in his car and who is injured in hospital himself from the explosion said one of the suspects asked to be taken to the Rememberance Sunday service.

Don't worry, nothing to see here. This country has a bigger meltdown over a few nasty tweets, or something that was said in a meeting years ago.

Was it a woman???

Fair play to the quick thinking cabbie for jumping out and locking the doors.

I bet he/she was fuming when they realised the only person to blow up was themselves.

Gutted mr/mrs Jihadi??

Despite the MP being stabbed to death a few weeks ago and yesterday’s shenanigans and the blonde buffleheaded cunt in no 10 apparently being ok with 10s of thousands of fighting aged Middle Eastern males just swanning into the country and being allowed out into our communities, our Terror threat level is only at “Moderate” according to the MI5 website.

Hmmmmmmm...

This brings back memories off the gross act of the IRA at Enniskillen Nov 8 1987.

Eleven people were put to death that day and it emerged that an IRA bomb at Tulleyhommon, much more powerful than the Enniskillen one, had failed to explode and was abandoned. Had it succeeded in exploding there would have a greater taking of life and of many youngsters due to the bomb’s position.

Targeting people at Act of remembrance seems to me to be an act of gross cowardice.

The 1988 rockumentary Rattle and Hum includes a particularly renowned version of the song, recorded on 8 November 1987 at McNichols Sports Arena in Denver, Colorado. On this version Bono's mid-song rant angrily and emphatically condemns the Remembrance Day Bombing that had occurred earlier that same day in the Northern Irish town of Enniskillen:

And let me tell you somethin'. I've had enough of Irish Americans who haven't been back to their country in twenty or thirty years come up to me and talk about the resistance, the revolution back home...and the glory of the revolution...and the glory of dying for the revolution. Fuck the revolution! They don't talk about the glory of killing for the revolution. What's the glory in taking a man from his bed and gunning him down in front of his wife and his children? Where's the glory in that? Where's the glory in bombing a Remembrance Day parade of old-age pensioners, their medals taken out and polished up for the day? Where's the glory in that? To leave them dying or crippled for life or dead under the rubble of a revolution that the majority of the people in my country don't want. No more!

Good rant

Re: Liverpool Womens Hospital Terrorist Incident
'Sunday Bloody Sunday'. What a great song. It really encapsulates the frustration of a Sunday, doesn't it? You wake up in the morning, you've got to read all the Sunday papers, the kids are running round, you've got to mow the lawn, wash the car, and you think "Sunday, bloody Sunday!".
